Favorites List Show/Hide Auto Show

Rather than having the Favorites List either shown or hidden. I think it would be advantageous to add a roll-over function so that the list may remain hidden while not in use but by rolling over the icon with the mouse, it appears with full functionality. I emphasize add because I can see where people may not like this.
