Cost Activity - Freeze Panes

It sure would be convenient if we could freeze panes on the Job Analysis Cost Activity screen, specifically the phase number and description would be the panes to freeze.  As I am scrolling through my data I lose the phase description and eventually lose the line I am looking at. I realize we have the ability to export to Excel and freeze the panes in Excel but that just takes additional steps that I would like to avoid.

Any feedback???
