AP invoice approval "update now" audit issue if AP person accidentally accepts default to update now

If an invoice approver is currently approving invoices but has an issue that an AP person needs to review on an invoice in the same box, if the AP person upon leaving the box accidentally accepts the update now popup, the invoices look like they were approved by the AP person and not the actual approver. Regardless of who leaves the box (which triggers "update now"), if the approver has clicked approved then the invoice routing should show the approver DID approve it, not the person that clicked "update now".

First choice to correct this audit trail issue: regardless of who "updates", if the approver clicked approved, that is who should show as the approver (without the "by xxx" notation).

Second choice to correct this issue: default the update now popup to "cancel" so an AP person cannot update now by simply hitting the enter key.
