Note preview on Invoice Approval

I would like to be able to see the first 10 or 15 characters of the note on the top section of the invoice approval screen rather than just the blue note icon.

My reason is that sometimes there has been notes written that I can ignore by the time it gets to confirming the invoices, so it would be nice to not have to click into every note.
