Invoice Approval Routing Confirmer

In invoice approval routing history, we like people to be able add reviewers after themselves. What we don't like is that they can also change the confirmer to themselves. We had a situation where someone accidentally changed themselves to the confirmer and skipped all the reviewers. Then they had an unposted invoice sat in their queue that they didn't know about. 

I know an obvious suggestion is to 'be careful' but it would be nice to take the option away from people so they cannot change the confirmer while still being able to edit the reviewer queue.
