Pay-When-Paid - Invoice Association

I would like to suggest vendor invoices be associated with draw requests and invoices of the same date or prior. Currently, the following rules apply:

Fixed Price / Unit Price Job Type

The system will read for the customer on the primary contract looking for the first invoice dated later than the vendor invoice on the current row. All vendor invoices that fall into this group will be associated to the customer invoice.

It is not uncommon for subcontractor pay requests to have the same period of work and invoice date as the prime contractor's pay request. For instance, the subcontractor's invoice for work performed 6/1/15 to 6/30/15 would likely be on the prime's draw request covering 6/1/15 to 6/30/15.
