Add-on ability to change calc method in employee file

It would be helpful to be able to change the the calculation method for an add-on/deduction code in the employee's Recurring Deduction/Add-on as well as the default GL Code.  This would cut down on the number of add-on/deduction codes we need to create to process payroll.

For instance I have to create 2 deduction codes for 401(k) withholding:
  1 for flat amount
  1 for % of Gross

2 add-on codes are necessary for 401(k) fringe
  1 for Office personnel
  1 for Field personnel

Also, the reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses requires multiple add-on codes.  It would be helpful to be able to change the GL Expense account during payroll entry.  Right now I have 18 add-on codes for out-of-pocket reimbursements.
