Subcontract Change Order Log

Subcontract Change Order Log should have the following order for locating a Subcontract:

1. Job:
2. Vendor: (when searched, this would only display vendors associate with a subcontract that is related to that job)
3. Subcontract #: (when Job and Vendor are entered, if there is only 1 subcontract associated with that vendor for that job, then it would default to that subcontract; if there are multiple, only those subcontracts would display in the search area).

All people using this module will know the job number, so having it as the last criteria in the lookup procedure doesn't make sense.  The least known information will be the subcontractor number, so having it second doesn't make sense.
