T&M User Defined Fields and Internal Notes

We need to have user defined fields and internal notes in the T&M module tied to the Billing number.  We have a large amount of projects that require client signed items.  We have to run unbilled aging reports for review with the managers on areas they need to work on where documentation is missing to be able to bill the client.  We need UDF fields so we can flag standard issue codes and use them to filter for reporting purposes.  We also need internal notes so we can spell out specific issues in detail that can be printed on the reports.  Right now we are having to use the job notes but this means we are constantly having to update that note when problem invoices are resolved and drop off the unbilled aging report as they are billed.  If the notes were tied to the billing number, that would take care of itself.
