JC - Subcontract reporting on job analysis page

We recently noted that subcontracts are reported at full value in the cash out line.  In our business, subcontracts are treated similarly as other job cost.  We record them as % complete for AR and AP.  Accounting the full subcontract value in the  cash out, skews the net cash flow.  Can you remove the cost from the cash out line and add a subcontract line that reflects % complete.
