Add Billing Code to SDX PreTimeCardImport

I have been told that for the 14.19 release, the billing code will be added to the CSV import for pre time cards but it is NOT being added to the SDX Pretimecard template.  For those of us utilizing web services and SDX to get time cards into Spectrum AND using billing codes for employees, it is critical that it be added to SDX.

I don't understand why the billing code would be added to the CSV import but not to the SDX template that is getting the same data into Spectrum.
