Add-on/Deduct Eligibility Calculate from Hire Date OR Re-Hire Date

In HR, Benefit Management calculates employee eligibility from the original hire date. This works great for 401(k) and FMLA where eligibility takes into account any prior years of service; however, some company specific eligibility requirements need to start at the re-hire date. Can there be an option on the Deduct/Add-on code set up that lets you pick which date to do the eligibility requirements from?  Example: Employee A is originally hired on 1/1/2012 and resigns on 12/31/2014. Employee A is re-hired on 6/1/2015. Some add-ons/deducts need to calculate from 1/1/2012 (401k, FMLA) and others need to calculate from 6/1/2015 (company health insurance, disability, etc.).
