Document Tracking Exception Report - Add Vendor Status

it would be very helpful if we had the option to run the Document Tracking Exception Report by Tracking Item and also could select only Active vendors.  We have close to 30 different tracking items set up and our exception reports run in the hundreds of pages which is not useful.  For example, if we have Inactive vendors, expiration dates will not be updated and will show up on the exception report.  To clean them off the report, I have to go back into the vendor's tracking and change the action items which is tedious.  It would be easier to have the option to select only Active vendors.  Please help make the Document Tracking report usable!
