Recurring invoice for multiple jobs

I created a recurring invoice with all the pay items/pricing for a specific customer.  In this specific instance, my invoice has over 100 detail lines.

We have several jobs with this customer that share the same billing format, so I was hoping to use this one recurring invoice as a template for each job; however, once the recurring invoice is set, I cannot change the job.

It is very time consuming to retype these for every invoice on every one of this customer's jobs.  Recurring invoice is the closest thing that Spectrum has to an invoice template, and it would be VERY helpful if it was a little more flexible.
