HR > Employees > Reviews: Create multiple in-progress reviews

We do bi-weekly reviews of our employees that have been with the company less than 1 year.  And weekly reviews for employee with the company for less than 60-days.

It would be more effective to be able to add in-progress reviews for these employees by creating a review and applying it to multiple employees.  Currently you must create a review for each employee.  A rather laborious task, switching between employees and creating the individual reviews.

It would be even helpful to create the review form, email it out to the appropriate reviewers and have them enter the scores and comments online, directly into Spectrum.

I've attached our Weekly Performance Review form that we use for the weekly and bi-weekly.
