Deduction/Add-on Code - allocate across lines

Deduction/Add-on Code is now updating subject to amounts but only when allocate across lines is checked.

The problem with this when the Deduction/Add-on Code is used for a taxable benefit and therefore the paid to employee box IS NOT checked it will still update subject to BUT it will only post to wage expense and not a dedicated 

In our example I am using an Deduction/Add-on Code for Medical taxable benefit and I want the amount to go to a dedicated expense account - in testing this set up lumps it into Wages
