Enhancement - AP - subcontract kiosk - want rejected invoices to send email to subcontractor

Idea: AP - subcontract kiosk - want rejected invoices to send email to subcontractor

More information: They want their subcontractors to be notified when a subcontract kiosk invoice has been rejected - this could be accomplished by enabling an email to the originator in AP invoice approval any time an invoice is rejected. That would be a good thing to have even outside of kiosk.
