Enhancement - Add SDX for inventory control

Idea: Add SDX for inventory control

Reason: They want to change status codes of inventory items in Inventory Control en masse.

There is a large group of item codes in IC they want to delete outright. Would like to use delete discontinued items utility, but will have to open the items one by one in order to change the status to discontinued.

Would like an inventory update SDX so that they could change the status to Discontinued in a single transaction through Excel, as opposed to going in and changing the code one by one.
