More information: NACHA wants e-payments to be coded as PPD if they're going into a consumer account. Reimbursements to employees could be handled through PR, but not all vendors using consumer bank accounts are employees. See e-mail from Heather that forwards the bank's e-mail to them with an attachment of the NACHA operating rules.
