Idea: Union Fringes pushing through to T&M

More information: Issue: New Union Benefit Tiers is causing an unintended issue of the Fringes setup as Add-ons on the Union are transferring as separate time card lines into Time and Materials Billing. They need to be then deleted as duplicate line.

Suggest giving them option on the add-on code to prevent the add-on from create lines in TM by blocking the TM Billing Code from the time card line.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Payroll > Maintenance > Deduction/Add-on Code
Create an add-on code with the box check in the Add-on tab to "Post as union fringe to G/L By Department"
2. Payroll > Maintenance > Union
Create a Union with Add-on code from above
3. Payroll > Data Entry > Payment Processing
Set the cycle
Enter a time card line to a TM Job using the above noted union on the time card line.
Calculate checks
Run the Time Card Edit List
Complete the cycle
4. Time and Materials > Data Entry > Detail Billing Selection
Enter Job and Billing #
NOTE: Lines from Payroll include Add-on with L cost type and Overhead calculated on the Add-on code

Temporary Solution: Delete the additional Labor line for Fringe Add-on and the addition OH Burden for the Add-on.
