More information: Work Order Other Charges with a calculation method of Hours use the Hours Worked to determine the amount to be billed. If the Hours Worked are different from the Hours Billed, this can cause and over / under billing to occur. For example, an employee may work 4 hours, but only 1.5 of the hours are billable. The Other Charges should be determined based on Billed Hours. Alternatively, the Hours for Other Charges should be editable so clients can modify as needed once the hours default.
