Idea: Security over changes to original contract amount

More information: Enhancement:
Allow separate security level setting to Edit JC Contract for Original Contract amount.

Business reason:
Under our current settings, anyone who has access to setting up jobs, can update the original contract at any time, but I’d like to be able to lock this down so that once a job is set up, then no changes can be made to the original contract amount.  Said differently, I want any changes to the contract amount to only be possible through change orders and thus only effecting the revised contract amount.
