Idea: Specify retention on PO

More information: Enhancement Request: Enable retention amount to be entered on the Purchase Order.

Business case:
Project Managers input purchase orders into Spectrum, usually knowing whether or not retention should be withheld on the purchase. There is no way, through Spectrum, to communicate the retention intention to the person who inputs the invoice into the system. The person who inputs the invoice is usually an AP clerk, not familiar with the individual project. Having data entry clerk responsible for entry of retention leads to errors and re-work.

Can use Invoice Routing to have PMs review that the invoice is correctly entered by AP clerk. However invoice approval routing adds a layer of process that will disrupt our business process. Still results in re-work. All could be avoided by allowing the retention entry to be made when the PO is entered.
