Idea: EC - Renew eqpt license doesn't default issue date and expiration date to same calendar day - From UC

More information: Issue: EC - Renew eqpt license doesn't default issue date and expiration date to same calendar day

Expected Result: Spectrum should default expiration date to same calendar date, not day prior, for 30/60/90/365 day license periods.

Steps to reproduce:
1. EC > Maint > Equipment > Properties > Compliance, enter valid eqpt code and click New button
2. Choose 90 day compliance code, enter issue date of 3/1/17, note that expiration date defaults to 5/30/17 rather than 6/1/17

Temporary Solution: Manually override expiration date
