Talked with Christi, they are going to set the default retention percentage to 0 as we ask, but she is not happy about it - they do not pay retention on subcontracts by rule, and this is an opportunity for their AP clerks to mess up.
They want to be able to use 0 per cent as the Default Subcontract Retention, cannot understand why that is disallowed - submitting enhancement request.

The user can enter the zero and not get an error message. Not sure if this is an old idea...we added the default subcontract retention percentage recently...
