Enhancement - FA - Depreciation corrections with negative entries

Idea: FA - Depreciation correction

More information: When an erroneous depreciation entry is updated out of FA, there is no way to correct it - allowing negative entries in the FA deprecation screen would facilitate recovering from these situation, especially with retired equipment, where the standard approach of reducing later depreciation entries to "catch up" is not available.

    Negative entries would be great as we have recurring issues with assets suddenly depreciating after having been fully depreciated years ago. Suddenly the asset is overdepreciated and there is no easy fix.
