Idea: AP - Invoice approval, want security for changing routing on an invoice

More information: AP - Invoice approval, want security for changing routing on an invoice - Mary does not like that an approver can change the routing on an invoice without a notification going somewhere.

pointed her to the performance report, she would like to see a notification of some type, like an email when the routing is changed, rather than having to peruse a report.
