Enhancement - EK / JC - Phase / cost type error

Idea: EK / JC - Phase / cost type error

More information: The inability to choose (or control somehow) the labor cost type used by time card lines originating out of EK is inconvenient to them, as they use the cost type to distinguish supervisory labor which is important for the types of reporting they do.

Because they are forced to use a single cost type for alll EK originated TC lines, they now have to do a lot of manual corrections in the handling of Pre-Time Cards.
