Add the ability to trigger PMs from multiple meters and from different intervals

I would like to see the ability to trigger equipment PMs from miles, hours, or both. Right now it only uses meter #1, so if I have a semi truck whose meter #1 is miles, I can't trigger any PMs based on the truck's hours (we do issue some PMs based on the hour meter.) Along those same lines, the PM Schedule report is run based on a % due, so if I run my report based on PMs that are 90% due, I may have a 100,000 mile PM showing up at 90,000 miles, even though it still has 10,000 miles to go. That's why I propose adding something that lets me pick the interval that the PM gets triggered, say at 1,000 miles for a 100,000 mile PM.

  That would get a bit more complicated.  If it was interval driven (from the last event) and not just from raw meter readings, then there would also need to be sequence tables that captured "service type event code sequences", and then the interval could be measured against the last event, according to the assigned sequences and meter or calendar intervals.  Which is pretty much how it is done manually anyhow.
