Soft warning needed when setting up the same training code on an employee

We'd like to see a soft warning notifying the user if they attempt to set up the exact same training code on an employee that already exists on that employee. We have companies with a lot of training codes on employees and when they do a mass training and are entering that these employees have been trained, duplicate training codes end up on the employee. This is especially problematic if a training code has an expiration date. We would like to know that training code already exists and needs to be updated rather than the expired one remaining (and still be reported as expired) and an additional line for the new training existing.

This should be a SOFT warning and not prevent the user from having duplicate entries (which may be needed if there are multiple levels). Something along the lines of "WARNING - this training code is already setup on this employee. Are you sure you want to add this training code again? YES/NO"
