Enhancement - TM - would like utility to update TM Labor Billing Rates

Idea: TM - would like utility to update TM Labor Billing Rates

More information: TM - would like utility to update TM Labor Billing Rates instead of going into every single TM Labor Billing Code to delete the old rates and enter new rates - wants this utility to override the old rates. Would also like this feature in the Wage Code Rates in Payroll

  We added SDX web services and templates to update TM Labor and Equipment Billing rates.
