Sub Kiosk - update tracking items when subs upload items

Right now when subs upload items that are missing on the vendor level or the job/subcontract level nothing happens......we don't any kind of notification that they uploaded something and it doesn't change anything for tracking items.  I think we should get some kind of notification and they (the sub) should be able to enter in the dates for their COI if that is what they are uploading and it should uncheck it on the compliance tracking if applicable.

  How do you locate the documents that subs submit and how do you know when they have submitted them?
