More information: Ultimately, it is terrible.  If there is a single reason that has arisen in the last 2 years for us to consider switching software is the utter lack of your program to allow us to file our W-2’s and W-3’S without the intercession of a third party vendor, as we have done for years.  We pay a significant amount of money annually for support from Spectrum to be able to utilize a software that no longer properly functions for its intended purpose in this particular area and the ONLY support we get is “go spend additional funds and utilize this third party vendor Dexter&Chaney is in bed with.”  That is ludicrous.  This issues needs to be addressed in 2017 allowing us to be able to file our W-2’s properly.  If not, it is likely that in 2018 I will be exploring new software.
