Idea: The ability to use User Defined Formula based on all hours for Tier Specific overrides.

More information: Full description: User Define Formulas based on all hours do not take tiers into consideration for calculation purposes. They look strictly at the total union hours and use the default variables on the union and not the variables on each tier for calculation.


Business Reason: Unions bargaining agreements define the benefits provided to union employees and what deductions must be processed. Each classification may have a different rate and limit and it is essential for Spectrum to have the flexibility to accommodate the different calculation methods and limits. For clients to use the benefit tiers they need to be able to user a user defined formula based on each tier so all hours can be used in the calculation.
