Enhancement - PR: Worker's Comp Covered Earnings By Job

Idea: PR: Worker's Comp Covered Earnings By Job

More information: Customer would like covered earnings added to the Worker's Comp Expense Per Job report or have the ability to run the Worker's Comp Rate Per $100 to be constrained by job.

He has an auditor asking for covered earnings by job and he is unsure how to submit this information since Spectrum currently only has the ability to supply covered earnings per state and/or comp code.
