Idea: Enhancement Request - Fixed price add-ons to Payroll in progress

More information: Enhancement Request - To allow pre-time card lines using fixed price, paytype add-ons, with a job number, to write to Payroll in Progress reports.

Business Case - Some add-ons (such as per diem) are appropriately job costed. There aren't enough "other" pay types to include all the different varieties. Also, "other" pay types do not allow for variation in tax effects. Without those pay types being included in job cost reporting, unable to accurately anticipate how jobs are costing out.
