Idea: PR - Certified Payroll Report job selection

More information: The customer has dozens of jobs that have technically been complete for several years, yet because the job is still ongoing (they are a subcontractor), the General Contractor and the state still require them to file weekly certified payroll reports. Right now, their certified payroll report is ~300 pages, and it grows nearly every week.

Because of this, it's very burdensome to run the certified payroll report several different ways in order to get the information they need.

They would like the ability to be more selective in which jobs are or are-not included on the certified report. Super-select is inadequate for the volume they are looking at.

Adding a checkbox on Job Cost | Jobs | Job Payroll Setup to "include on certified report" would make this process much easier if it could act as an override and force the job to print regardless of job status or actual hours worked for that week.
