Enhancement - Change to My Payroll Checks dashboard app

Idea: Change to My Payroll Checks dashboard app

More information: The NET amount MUST be removed from the hover. The check number is ok, but the NET amount is problematic for shoulder surfers.

TJ would like the net amount removed from the My Payroll Check Dashboard app. When you hover over the check, the net amount displays. Net amount should not display.
