Idea: WF Enhancement

More information: Need an enhancement on workflow module to not have time cards frozen in the pretime card step.

When a pre-time card is entered and is waiting for approval, unable to either edit the pre-time card or move the pre-time card forward to pay. Because our approvers are not always timely, if we used the time card approval process, our employees might not get paid on time or might not get paid correctly.

Would like the pre-time approval process to be more flexible to allow an override so that the time cards can be edited while waiting for approval, and/or processed for payroll.
