Idea: User needs to access to one job only
Enhancement Request: More security flexibility in job security. The Master job only hold 30 characters and that doesn’t allow for much flexibility in choosing jobs in different divisions. Specifically, the user has access two divisions in job security but needs access to one additional job in a different division. The 30 character limit makes it difficult add the additional job in master job category.
Business Reason: It important to limit user’s security to selected jobs only.

This cannot be done today with cost centers. We have the same type of problem. Invariably, we set someone up with their employee ID in Project Manager so they can see all jobs where they are the project manager. Then they will need access to a job or two or three that they are NOT the PM in Key Personnel. I end up having to make them a second login for the jobs they need where they are not specified as PM. I would like to see the relationship between Project Manager and Master Job be an "OR" relationship, so we can use both fields to give specific access in these situations. We don't want users having access to all jobs in a cost center, unless they are a manager overseeing the whole cost center.
This can be done today with Cost Centers.
