Flat Rate Tasks - Material items won't update price after adding to task

When creating tasks and adding material line items, the price is captured at that time.  If that item's price is later updated in Spectrum, the price does not propagate to the existing material line items.  We need a way for the price to refresh on the material line items in the task as the price is changed in Spectrum.
