Dispatch Status User Preference Option

Would like to see a user option added regarding the use of Dispatch Status's. Many times our users can get in a hurry and exit the work order without updating the dispatch status. It would be great if we could have the option by user to pop up a reminder such as "Do you want to change the dispatch status"  when exiting the work order.
