Work Order Description in PM doesn't print on WO form

The main field when entering a PM Work order is the description...  such "Replace Windshield" or "Repair left front tire".  This is critical information and needs to be on the printed work order that we would hand to a mechanic to go to the work.  I am told that this field is not currently setup to print and we need to retype this information on the notes tab in order to get it to print out.  This seems crazy to me, please help!!
