Service Contract - Option for T&M Work Orders

We need an option in the service contracts to produce some visits as T&M work orders. Not all (in fact more than 75%) of our service contracts are not flat rate and have all or partial T&M components to the billing based on the work done during the visit. We would like the ability to flag a visit as T&M or Flat Rate and have the subsequent work order use that as its price method. Currently when we produce a large batch (generally 100 or more) work orders from service contract we have to go into most of them and change the price type.
It would also be nice to be able to set a "standard" price type in the install screen so that you only have to change the ones that are a minority when creating the visits.
