Dispatch Screen

When you click on a block in the dispatch screen, the detail is displayed in the up left.  There is a lot of wasted space directly to the right of this field display. Would love to see this field size expanded out to the right to use the wasted space and allow for more details for the service call, after all the dispatcher already knows who they have clicked on for the order, why use so much space to simply display the tech name.
