Make it possible to reorganize WO Material line items!!

PLEASE INCLUDE IN V14!!!

When adding material to a WO for billing, it would be very helpful if a sequence field was added to the database.  Also including a function to move an item up or down in the sequence so the material can be placed in an order that will make sense to the customer.

Right now all material that is brought in from purchase orders or AP invoices ends up on the invoice first and then the material that is entered manually comes up in the order it was entered.  Being able to manage the order it shows up on the invoice, and being able to sort by the sequence would be of great benefit to us.
