WO Refrigerant Management Tracking

We need to be able to track the amount of refrigerant that is being used within a specific piece of equiptment at any site.  EPA regulations state that if you add, reclaim, or recycle more than 50 pounds of refrigerant from any unit you must be able to provide reporting of when this was done, how much, how it was handled and disposed of.  Currently there is a WO table that is set for Refrigerant details that includes all the information necessary.  This table needs to be instated to be used so that we can start to comply with the EPA requlations.  Currently in Spectrum there is no option to track this usage for site equipment.  For more information regarding the regulations please see http://www.epa.gov/Ozone/title6/608/608fact.html.
