Date Entered on Material in WO

Add Date Entered to Material entries in Work Order.  

Issue: No way to track when material is pulled/entered for a work order.  

Unable to identify duplicate submissions vs. additional material needed, or distinguish material required for different dates of work.

Proposed Solution: Add date field to Material Entry (default to current day, allow override).  Make viewable column in Material Transaction.  

In entry, add date field after Quantity so that if no override is required, you do not have to tab-through field to complete entry.
