Dispatch schedule display Technicians status rather than work order status

It is very frustrating for our dispatch team that when there are multiple guys working on one work order, but clocking in and out at different times, that the schedule maintains the status of the work order rather than the individual.  It would be wonderful if the Service Tech module carreid the Service Tech's status allowing that to translate to the schedule - that way we know who is clocked in and at what site rather than seeing everybody who's assigned to the work order with the same status on the dispatch schedule regardless if they are actually working at that site.
