20200 Cost Center - another operator

both operators can see each other's dispatch schedule - the dispatch schedule will display all work orders by default unless selected otherwise but no cost center validation security on this screen. they would like this to be locked down where an operator with cost center security to one cost center cannot see WO Sites that is on another cost center.
